I bought a case of this, because I have liked Raymond Cabs on average. Big mistake....I just can't get used to it. The more I drink, the less I like it. The fruit is just so simple, and outrageous, there is nothing else to enjoy about it. I dread drinking it. I wait for Indian food, or something which will cover it up somewhat, that will make it less over the top . It feels disjointed, and massively worked over in the winery. A great example of factory wine. Deeply disappointed in the Raymond label because of this wine.

Big and sweet on the nose and palate, with some fakey oak showing through as well. Works it out at $12.99. Hot on the back end a bit too. But who am I to blow against this wind?

It's a $13 cab. Kind of fruity. It's OK but tastes like a $13 cab. Nice ruby color, though if you're into that.

Oak chippy or staves right now, needs a touch of time but for $12, hey.

Cedar and black fruit on the nose, full with some sweet oak alternative on the mid, finishes with some gutsiness. Made, but well made.
