  In the bouquet red and dark berries, sweet spices. Same on the palate, beautiful acidity and tannin with a pleasant bite. The wine is at its peak now, but no real hurry. A small treat!

  Red fruits dominate this wine with a small darker touch. Excellent acidity gives it a fresh dryness, smokey cedar notes, some dust, thyme, new shoe leather. medium + length. On the second day the wine lost its mineralogy, was less intense and round. some tartness was noticeable.
  First pour for my new Zalto Universals. Damn that is like drinking wine from a surgical knife, sharp and precise as hell :-)

  The bouquet is a bit rustic with sweet spices and vanilla. Good acidity and tannin. The wine is ready now and can probably last for a few more years.
