  Floral nose, spices and herbs...surprisingly subdued bouquet, but flavorful in the mouth. The cab gives this a more purple hue and a pleasant fruitiness. A good red sauce/bolognese pasta wine, or also with roasted meats and chicken, pork chops, etc. It's pleasant enough, to sit with, although it's neither feast nor fowl.
