  fresh, crisp, tart. Nose is difficult to pin down but I appreciate a bit of cocoa dust. agree with hard strawberry candy (the kind wrapped to look like a strawberry) and rhubarb on the palate. a unique flavor profile. preferred it stand alone, however, paired well with roasted beet/goat cheese/walnut salad with mustard vinaigrette

  Rays of sunshine. Candle wax, strawberry hard candy. High- acidity, light body, finishes with a thin string of light berry sweetness and sour. Top 2 rose, up there with Lopez which it shares a certain waxy quality.
