  Very dark lots of upfront fruit, lovely aromatics berries spices, some plum added to the berries in the mouth, nice drink.
  Have to say though this is not that layered it is a good bottle for the appelation, I have drunk Emedio Pepes and Valentinis versions and both have disappointed in different ways and are grossly overpriced IMHO, this whilst not cheap is a better bottle.
