A good expression of Santa Maria Valley Pinot Noir. This is a lighter, fruitier style of Pinot Noir than many out there. Strong on the strawberry and other red fruit through and through. It would pair nicely with a goat cheese salad or a simple pasta. We had it with an earthy dinner and it was not the best pairing—our fault!

Great Santa Barbara expression, if a bit dialed back. Nice tart cherry, spice and earthiness with a fine balance of tannins and acidity. Light and approachable. I wouldn't hold onto this one much past 2018 though.

Primary fruit bomb, yet not overly extracted and alc is kept in check, not detracting from the fruit. Made in the crowd-pleasing style and a very nice QPR. Not built for long-term aging, but a fun quaffer.

Light garnet in color with a nose that has a bit of dried red-fruit but really doesn't divulge much. The front has a pleasing floral character, slight richness and a comfortable acidity but again not a great deal of information. Mid-palate a bit of strawberry and pomegranate come though and the acid asserts itself to a greater degree. The finish is clean with those same red fruit notes but they quit a bit early. This is still a young wine and is a good choice for those that prefer a less hedonist Pinot.
