A surprisingly complex wine with delicious apple and citrus fruit, very lively citric acidity, enough residual sugar to have a subtle sweetness, and a soothing mouth and throat texture. Highly enjoyable by itself and often one of the best wines with a broad spectrum of foods. Like most all German Rieslings, a superb aging wine, flawless at 6 years old, and will readily remain perfectly enjoyable for another decade.

Light yellow color with lovely aromas of Winesap apple, peach, lemon, and lime. Comes into the mouth with edgy and refreshingly bright acidity, plus a juicy texture. The sweetness adds a cream to the finish. Overall, joyously drinkable straight from the bottle anytime in the next 10 years.
