  Don't let the Muscat grape scare you away, very light golden in color, nice notes of citrus, zest, and fortunately not overly acidic. Too delicate to pair with anything save a salad, mild fruit/cheese, best left to drink alone between courses. I played with the temperature on the chiller, but I didn't get it right. I'll get another bottle and if I get the temp right this will be much more enjoyable
