  Fresh flavors, nice apple-y acid. We mostly used this for Mimosas, which was a bit unfair because this Cremant is good by itself - and good in a Mimosa. Will buy again.

  Never had a chenin blanc sparkling before but I like it. Mild flavors reminiscent of chenin itself but more effervescent given the bubbles. Great integration. Love this.
