Light straw color, expressive citrus and tidal-pool nose, really lively in the mouth with concentrated citrus pith and oil, and some fruit that I’d probably call red if I were blindfolded. There’s a nice propulsive astringency as the wine turns toward the saline finish. A really good bottle of this.

This will never be the 2012 or 2014, but it's drinking very well now, even if there's some expected bottle variation ten years post-vintage. A bit rounder than ideal for Muscadet, it still maintains the oyster shell minerality and salinity. The fruit is lemons, but with a touch of a creamy edge. My prior bottle two weeks ago was further advanced (but not so far advanced as to be unenjoyable), so I would advocate drinking up in the near term.

Still drinking great. Lemon, minerals, and nice acidity. My last bottle. I really can’t add to my previous comment. Enjoy if you have any in your cellar.
