  Remarkable aged white Burg that drinks oh so well. From a bottle that is mid-high shoulder it pours out a golden colour but is clear and bright. Has such a complex nose of mushroom, candle wax, grilled nuts, baked apple, lemon curd and minerals. It still has vinous sweetness and good shape in the mouth. The lemon flavours are pronounced and it is a wine of good minerally posture and excellent detail. One of the white's of the year for mine.
