  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: The wine is Clear with a Pale lemon colour. Some spritz.
    Nose: The nose is Clean and Youthful, showing Medium intensity primary aromas of lemon, green apple, peach, white pepper , grass.
    Palate: The wine is Dry in the mouth with a High level of acidity. It has a Medium Level of alcohol (12.50%). It has Medium(-) body and Medium intensity primary flavours of lemon, green apple, peach, white pepper , grass. The finish is Medium. "Green" flavours and aromas - not unripe yet…
    Overall: Lacks concentration, length and complexity. High typicity.
    Conclusion: It is a Good quality wine. Drink Now; not suitable for Ageing or Further Ageing Not intended for ageing; High priced (£14.99)
