Day 2 in the Mosel - Egon Muller, A.J. Adam, & Vollenweider (Mosel Saar Ruwer - Germany): A youthful, Spatlese that has some apricot, peach, pears, and apples. It had medium acidity, and a lot of cool floral notes throughout. Daniel was happy how this showed, and I think there’s some great potential ahead.
