Not great right out of the food fridge, a bit too much acidic bite to be a sipper. It opened up after it warned a bit and became much juicer and full. 45-50 degrees is probably the sweet spot here. I was hoping for a little more but certainly not a bad buy by any means

Very nice rose...unusual suspect using the Sangio, but it really works with the restrained hand. Absolutely lovely bouquet of roses, nice mouthfeel with a good balance. Crisp on the palate, refreshing on the finish, but still lots of length. A rose with a lot of character - it may be polarizing, but I'm on the very positive side.
