This is still great paired with soft cheeses, but it is thicker bodied than in 2016. The peach comes first, then there is a lot of very ripe pineapple, it ends with the subtle green pepper that is on the nose. It goes surprisingly well with truffle Marcona almonds.

The wine looks light gold colored. It smells like pineapple, passion fruit, peach and honey. It tastes like honey, sweetened peaches, white raisins, and very ripened pineapple. It is medium bodied with a satin-like texture. Paired great with triple cream brie and a mild blue cheese

Popped and poured. Nothing exciting here but also nothing wrong. Should hold up for many more years.
