Pale, green colour. Classis aromas of lemon, green apples and sea/chalk. Medium bodied, wonderful acidity, lemony fruit dominates the finish. Very good Chablis, but lacks some complexity. Good with grilled sole.

An extremely sleek style of Chablis. Aromas of citrus and seashells, medium bodied to light bodied, intense taste of citrus and oysters. Long and almost spicy, with an almost tannic aftertaste. Not for the lover of round, lavish wines, but if you like Chablis in the style of Muscadet, this is the wine for you. wonderful with braised white fish.

Odd for a Chablis but a nice Chardonnay! Not enough acid for shellfish but good with fish fillets. Hint of oak, good fruit if not too cold, glycerol (buttery) mouthfeel. I would have thought it was an unoaked chard from CA if tasted blind. Would have scored higher if it had more acid. Not to keep but good this year.

A very good Chablis, crisp, flinty and refreshing. Not as complex as other Grand Crus I have had from this vineyard, but more than satisfactory.
