  PNP. Cork wet 1/3 way up. Color opaque garnet with ruby edges. Nose with dark dark fruit, rose petal, some mocha tones, and maybe mint cherries toward the end. Swishing unloads all the structure that includes significant acid and tannin. But these are kept in check by the heavy fruit. Sipping shows this too be rich but just a hair medicinal. Although the fruit is dense it is not overripe and plays perfectly with the structure. This is serious stuff and built to last. Picked this up on close out for $10 and way worth the price of admission
