  Blind tasted. Day bright and pale yellow. Full of grapefruit on the nose, with a ton of apple and a little lemon zest on the palate. Medium body with a weak finish with hints of minerality and a slight creaminess. Have heard people call this wine Burgundian, but this wine is not driven by enough minerality to warrant such a label.
