Agree with Yaki’s earlier notes. Nothing special at this point, but I think there’s quality here. Still lots of acidity. Should be better in a couple years I think.

Medium-light ruby in the glass. Aromas of under-ripe strawberry, raspberry, pine cone and flowers. Light-bodied palate shows fresh red cherry, raspberry and misty bramble. Acidity is still high, and the wine finishes off with medium, youthful tannins. The pleasant finish tapers off at medium length. Has room to improve further over the next few years, although drinking well now.

Martine's Wines with Martine Saunier (Formento's - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Ripe and bright black and red berry aromas and flavors. Lush start, more firm middle. Slightly rugged finish needs a year or three to soften. Good for its level.
