  Developed a lot of old leather, tobacco and smoky notes since last taste 3 years ago (where it was more fruit driven). Best case is if the fruit remerges after further aging to balance the dominant tertiary notes now. 92 for now

  Luxury cuvee from Cave De Tain - picked from old wines from the vineyards l’Hermite and le Méal - 19 months in new French oak. Nose: oaky, dark fruits, spices, chocolate, some leather, very complex! Mouth: all dark fruits followed by perfect acidity and finishes with sweet dark fruit and some serious tannins. Excellent structure and very long finish, 20+ seconds. Too young, will be better in a few years - needs some time to balance the oak and the tannins. Blockbuster wine - somewhat overpriced. 95 pt.
