  a little tight to start but quickly opened up. nice amount of fruit with the right balance of earthy flavor

  Defined cherry and red plum notes with some hints of earthy herbs - to me this is at the tail end of maturity so drink up

  Drinking well but has upside. Tight even after 6 hrs slow ox. Wait or decant for several hours

  Opened for an hour before drinking. Started a little firm and spicy but then softened up and smoothed out.
