The nose greets you with a typical bourgogne bouquet of red fruits: plums, red currants, the blood of dead peasants, and cherries. On the palate, more cherries... young and lively (like an expensive Parisian prostitute) and some firm tannins (!) still drying the finish. Good balance like a tortured Russian circus bear on a bicycle. More time waiting won't hurt this youngster (please see previous parenthetical statements) but it's humming pretty well right now (ditto).

Lovely floral notes and bright red fruit. Developing a bit of tertiary flavors too— this should age well for a few more years.

Cassis, cherries, tannins, earthy notes, acidity, not fully developed, but already nice to drink.
