  • When PnP, the acidity overpowers the flavour intensity. Quite a lot of alcoholic heat, followed by drying finish. But one can feel the complexity of flavours (of rose pedals, mushroom, earthy notes, red cherries).

After 1 hour of aeration, the alcoholic heat and tart-like acidity retreats, revealing seamless layers of fruit and floral flavours. The flavours become more well integrated and the slightly sweet undertone becomes more expressive. The flavours are mouth-coating and the finish is very long.

It is elegant and lively. Although it is far from its peak, it's fairly pleasant to drink. It has lots of potential.
