  • By opening a slight barnyard, flying away in a minute. Scents of viola, vanilla, light blueberry cake. In contrast to the very feminine nose, the palate is a bit brutal. Hardiness of the few tannins attacks first, drying. Very precise acidity holds flavors for an another decade: juicy small forest strawberries, blueberries, roasted porcinis, chinese pepper, and some bloody steak flavor at the end with long finish. Round, fleshy, robust village with lot of life ahead. Best with rabbit with porcinis and red cabbage, onion too.
