From an excellent looking bottle, this wine had a brilliant, light gold color. The medium intensity nose offered up honey, citrus, white stone, and some almond paste.
This wine was interesting at first but really became first rate after 4+ hours of air. It had great balance, firm acidity, and an excellent mineral finish. As it aired, it became much more mineral focused and firm.
This is at its peak so there is no reason to wait. Enjoy!

Toffee, nut fruit and caramel. Grand cru intensity but it dropped after an hour plus in the glass. Drink up.
