  Nez très ouvert, expressif et très surprenant sur des notes très exotiques, fruits tropicaux, et pamplemousse. C'est agréable mais un peu déroutant. En revanche le nez reste précis et net.
  La bouche débute par un très léger perlant pas gênant, et laisse place à une très grosse matière (plutôt impressionnante), riche et ronde, dans laquelle on retrouve le côté exotique, et quelques marques de fruit jaune et d’élevage mais discret. C'est assez bien équilibré mais ça manque un peu d'énergie pour tirer cette grosse matière (attention ce n'est pas lourd du tout). La fin de bouche est sur le pamplemousse avec quelques amers.
  A noter que le fond de bouteille après une forte aération montre une matière moins volumineuse et plus fine, mais par contre gagne en minéralité et en tension, avec toujours cette aromatique déroutante mais agréable. Dommage qu'il y ait pas en même temps le volume et la minéralité.

  First of the 3 bottles in the cellar. Did not seem as crisp and sharp as the one before. Granted it was not super chilled and consumed with focus but did not stand out. Looking forward to tasting the remaining after a few yrs.

  Bought & Drunk at Punchdown, Oakland. Lovely aromas; Chard that is not Oaky or Buttery but when chilled, leads you to have an experience of how minerality should be expressed in wine. Highly recommend drinking this over a couple of days at both chilled and room temperature to see how this evolves.

  Very precise white wine that opens up with a few minutes in the glass. Wonderful natural wine!
