  It's mine-all mine! About 5% of my cellar is white, and about 5% of my whites are pigatos. The aroma of straw,honey, lemon and Ligurian herbs exists only for my enjoyment. The sea breeze that wafts across the impossible slopes is all mine. Their connection with seafood is instinctive, genetic and not subject to analysis or dispute. This $20 version may be the best I've ever had except for the Terre Rosse blend "Apogeo" I had in a Ligurian restaurant with raw sardines. Americans-back off! Pigato belongs to me!
