Medium straw yellow. Intense nose of candied lemon peel, bees wax and acacia blossom. In the mouth lively acidity, nice concentration, excellent length. Really quite stylish. Drinking very well, but I‘d say no hurry.

Very different from a bottle just a month ago starting with the color. Pale straw yellow and wan/sketchy on flavor when first opened, seeming more likely to be dead than alive, but two days later the remainder surprised with some typical aged white burg notes. Doesn't have the acidity for a longer term hold, though, drink soon.

Bright greenish-yellow. On the nose and palate, ripe pineapple and lemon oil, but stops well short of butterscotch which is what I always fear when I see that color. More like cashews--lightly sweet and nutty but with a bit of fresh bay leaf herb to keep it lively. Not at all what I hoped for but paired okay with roast chicken. Drink sooner than later.
