Peaches in the nose and a sutle acidity with a hint of Lemmon, green apple in the mouth. A silky texture. Goes great with poached cod with almond potato pure and white wine sauce.

At the start the aroma was very low, with some time it developed and resembled a chablis. lLots of yellow apple and quite a bit mineral. The acidity was medium with a hint of a smoaky finish

Glunz Wine Tasting (Lincolnwood, IL): Walk around tasting. Some funky aromas and off center harmony. Didn't enjoy.

Lovely scent with citrus, some minerals, butter and lots of yellow apples. The was a hint of petroleum at first sniff.
Crisp and silky smooth in the mouth. High acidity and a nice and long and a bit flinty aftertaste.
A new favorite!
