  Tasted at the Enoteca Regionale di Gattinara; unsure how long the 375ml had been open. This Passito wine is made from the Erbaluce grape, known locally as Greco nel Novarese. Honey and mineral nose, with French toast accents. A structured build, very good lift; nicely layered and fresh. 14,5% abv. recommended
