Very impressed by this wine. Real Port character. Sweet with a long finish and a touch of complexity. No, it's not Quinta de Noval or Taylor Fladgate. No, you won't confuse it with any good vintage or late bottled Pory. But, it stands up to many more expensive Tawney and Ruby versions of the wine. Also, at the $10 a bottle that it cost me, the QPR is amazing.

Much better than my last taste, this has benefitted from some cellar time, and was really even better after being opened two days and recorked in the fridge. Now it seemed much truer to a port wine, and much more in balance.

Nice port, but a little hot for my tastes.

I agree 100% with richardhod. This is good from a CA perspective which uses the right grapes. But a bit sweet...
