  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are medium. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like blueberry, fig and forest floor. It tastes like blueberry, fig, forest floor and vanilla. The body is medium/ful well balanced. The wine has round texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium and bright acidity and lots of intensity.

  Decanted for 1/2 hour. Initially some reticent red fruit on the nose and an earthy/funky aspect started to emerge. Medium bodied, initially red fruit and some secondary/tertiary flavors started to come out, mainly subtle sous-bois. Still some succulent red fruit left after airing. Silky tannins and very nice acidic grip. Delicious stuff. This wine has aged gracefully and is in a very good phase. Can still hold for at least 5 years.

  This is much better than a btl I had about 4 years ago. This has become v classic with brambly dark berry fruit, tar, indian spices, and new wood. Creamy med length finish. say what you will about '02, this is very nice indeed.

  The wine looks purple colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Cherry, Forest floor, and Oak. It tastes like Cherry Jam, and Cherry. The body is Medium. The wine has Leathery texture. The wine finishes Medium.
