This is loaded up with acidity and structure. I can see why this makes it into the White Wine blend and what it provides to that wine's character. Figgy, lemongrass and citrus. Dig this stuff but it may be too much for a non-acid lover. The acidity worked great for me.

Matthiasson Dinner (FMIII in the OC): Grassy nose with a complex "weeds" thing, very nice. Delicious palate of tart green apple with medium plus acidity and bright grapefruit at the finish. What's not to like here?

Well balanced, great acid. I would like it more if it showed just a bit more of the fruit. Went very well with our Chinese food on day one and eggplant parm day two.

More lemon, lime vs traditional grapefruit. Tart yet a fuller mouthfeel to it. Good stuff overall.
