  Big red! Sad that this was my last bottle, but what a surprising treat. Great wine with age. DARK purple color. Heavy nose of spicy plums and blueberries with hint of bourbon. Smooth start with dark fruit, distinct ripe cherries and plums on finish, almost no tannins. Subtle linger on palate. This aged into a great wine

  Definitely ready. Opened up after a little time. DARK ruby color. Light/subtle nose of smokey chocolate, raspberry and grass. Bright red fruit on front, middle of tight but subtle tannins, opens way up to darker fruit with hint of earthy notes on finish. Has a nice lingering mouthfeel.
