Wow, a great wine. Still a lot of tannins. Agree with other reviewer that it can easily go another 5 years. Definitely decant for an hour or more before consuming

Mostly Cabs Franc and Sauvignon, making a satement with ALL five Bordeaux varieties. And impressive. At this point, still very tannic. But if you're serving it with something roasty and toasty and saucey it's all good! I'm impressed.

This wine has aged beautifully. Double decanted and drank half over the next hour or two. It evolved over that time to something better. Drank the other half the next night and it was even better. That is the thing with PB wines, you have to age them to get the best out of them.

The Nearly Annual Lyon 10 Year Retro Tasting #24, Wines of Washington (Lyon Again, Eugene, OR): More depth and tannins than the Betz before it. Really enjoyable for its black fruit, spice, florals, and earth that linger nicely. Tannins winning a bit more on day 2 = 90. Now-2025.

Wow, 10 years later and it is drinking beautifully. Has at least another 5 years in the cellar or more of life.
