  Color. Rich chestnut
  
  Nose. Rich dark caramel. Front end toasted oak. Warm Pop corn bag.
  
  Palate. Warm and wound on lips. Sweet crushed dried corn. Buttered scrambled eggs. Almost shaved black truffle on inner lips. Toasted oak.
  
  Finish. Lingers on back of throat with almost no inner mouth burn - small warmth on lips. Buttered eggs and toasted oak are flavors that persist
  
  Overall. This is a top flight bourbon with big flavors but very drinkable neat at 129 proof.
