this neds to be cold. serrved shilled but added ice cubes. spritzy, little bit of grapefruit, subtle roses. held up to ice cubes. Best after letting spritz settle down a bit before drinking.

Wow. Wow! Champagne beware. Very light and balanced. Nose of apples, slight sweetness on the taste. Bubbles keep excellent. Perfect summer wine. Methode Futuriste is here to stay.

"Blend of 65% Verdelho, 20% each Sauvignon Blanc and Grüner Veltliner & 4% Cinsault" per the winery (109% wine ftw!)
I definitely agree with there being lots of grapefruit. Some floral/herbal notes. Light-medium acidity/minerality adds structure; fairly simple but tasty.

One bottle left. Again mostly grapefruit, simple but pleasant with the rest of my note unchanged from before. Drink up now.
