  • WSET Level 4 Course - WSET School; 9/6/2014-5/23/2015 (WSET School, Bermondsey): Appearance: This is clear with a medium amber colour.
Nose: The nose is clean showing medium intensity aromas of raisins, sultanas – delicate nose. This is short-aged.
Palate: This is dry in the mouth with a bite at first yielding to warming alcohol. It has a medium body and medium intensity flavours of Raisins, sultanas, orange peel, light fruit cake, peach, toast, mocha, toffee, nice burnt sugar, woody finish. The finish is long and some complexity.
Conclusion: It is a good quality spirit. Balanced with well integrated alcohol after the initial alcoholic bite. Premium Pricing (£31.49)
