Over two days, paired with blue on both.
Dried tropical fruits and other candied fruits star, with fresh fruit accents, and moderate botrytis. Ripe and concentrated. On the sweet side of Sauternes. Serious acid. Noticeable heat throughout. The blue helped to tame the flames.

Popped and poured...much better than my notes from four years ago...apricot and honey on the nose...sweet, but tamed...medium finish...paired well with pineapple upside down cake.

DWS in La Boheme, (By RVe): Caramel, honey, orange zest and polishing wax in the bouquet. Same on the palate, beautiful sweetness and also beautiful acidity.
