  A drinkable but generally unrewarding experience. Mainly a lively acidic experience with an unbalanced mix between fruit and acidity. The wine has, at most, a mild and watery flavor profile which includes lemon and peach. Hardly any finish aside from the harshness.

  Peach and apricot, with lemon and hints of yogurt and vanilla. There is also a peculiar yeastiness, from the time the wine has spent over the lees during barrel fermentation (25% of it).
  Good acidity and structure, well balanced. Good presence in the mouth and length in the aftertaste, showing light nutty and yeasty character.
