Medium mousse. Red apple, brioche and dried apricot aromas. Fine bead. Flavors of pear, cashew, lemon curd and dough. Has a nice richness to it. Nicely balanced and drinking quite well at the moment. 91+ pts.

D1h. Pale metallic yellow, fine mousse. Generous chalky elegant bouquet, yeasty notes, white fruits. Razor sharp harmonious palate, h+A, m-B, bread, elegant long finish. Drink now-2030. This is the first but certainly not the last time I’ve decanted a sparkling wine. The notes above are for the decanted wine. The wine directly out of the bottle is reduced and closed down without all the good stuff in the bouquet. What an eye opener…

Fresh, gentle creamy bead. But fairly simple

Very smooth, well balanced acidity. However, not complex.
