This wine did not live up to the description on the back of the bottle(how many do my friends?). The wine does have a wonderful fruited nose-the pineapple predominates but there is more there too. There is a sharp element to the wine as it enters your mouth. I would like to see what happens with breathing-maybe something good-but I think not. However, last bottle-no chance to experiment. Time to move on.

Found an extra bottle in the downstairs fridge. Muted nose with hints of pear, lemon, pineapple. Buttery with some oak. Good persistent finish. Nice value Chard

High acidity, but it is mostly balanced well. Lemon, eucalyptus, orange peel, and vanilla on the nose. Palate has a buttery feel and noticeable oak. Finish is short. A decent wine, not my favorite style but I can see why people would like it (I prefer White Burgundy).

First white from this producer. Surprisingly good. Well balanced. Medium finish. Lemongrass, jasmine and light citrus. What a great value.

Sad day. Last bottle. Love the buttery smooth taste of this chard. Need to try the 2015. Recommend.
