  Surprisingly good Chardonnay from Trader Joe's for $3.99. I drank this wine tonight with a pasta salad and it tasted fine. A good value for the price. Bottle says "intensely fruit forward," and I'm not sure I agree with that. The following notes were produced using the "Tasting Note Assistant" on this website: The wine looks straw colored and has a slight taste of pineapple with a strong alcohol flavor. Not smooth and silky, more angular. The body is light/medium. The wine has medium acidity.
