  • dense red ruby colored with bricking and clearing at the edges. cedar shavings, black cherry, clay, sage, wet tobacco, and lots of freshness on the nose. little bit of funk as well. palate is incredibly fresh with medium grade acidity and a medium body. deep black cherry and blackberry flavors with loads of mineral and medium grained tannins. finishes long. delicious, like a cocktail of fresh pressed cherry juice and a mountain stream. good reminder to keep buying and cellaring this producer.

  • Rask dekantering pga bunnfall. På duft syriner (blomster) og plommer. Bra krønsj på paletten, dyp og mørk frukt. Biovin, ikke meninga å lagre dette, men har faktisk tålt lagring. Luktet som en Bojo og smakte som en også, bare med mer steroider.

  • Glad I got to try one of these. Some floral notes, tar, dark berry and green herbs. Overlaying that is a bit of funk and some volatility from (I presume) the amphora aging. I enjoyed this wine, though this bottle did not necessarily convince me that wines like the Morei and Sgarzon will be more enjoyable than the basic Teroldego from this producer.

  • Currently this need a long decant. After 1.5 hrs this started to shine. Drink beautifully at this time.

  • opened with a stank natural malic funk that had me worried. Four hours later we revisited it, the funk was gone and the wine was beautiful. medium weight, nice berry fruit with a bit of licorice/anise note on the back end. Mrs. VeV said she could taste the rocks in it. Really liked it.
