  Pnp. Dark, saturated inky appearance. The legs were medium. There was no sediment in the bottle. It was closed and took considerable time to exude a typical malbec scent and flavour. In fact, this wine actually improved significantly on the second day with some blueberry and blackberry showing on the nose then. Some fleshy plum and spice flavours on the palate. The body was medium/full with a coarse, leathery texture. The wine finishes short with medium acidity.
  
  A solid, young malbec. Not offensive, but nothing to rave about either.
