Amazing potential but even after 1.30h decant the tannins still dominate the palate. The long finish is very pleasing and I will hold the remaining bottles for 5-10 years. Amazing potential and very boutique Cab!! 94 for now
09/15/20 First pours were Coravin so half bottle was sitting for 3 months Just open and what a difference, so much smoother, so much approachable and classic Diamond Mountain cab. Bold and very complex. Still young but 95 for now
