Solid, enjoyable feinherb German Riesling and a decent value. I'd be happy to have this by the glass in a restaurant, but like L'ENFTANT SAUVAGE, I'm not sure I'd seek this out again by the bottle.

Totally consistent with my first bottle. This one seemed to show just a bit better, but I'm going to ascribe that to not being served next to a Peter Lauer wine, as opposed to real bottle variation.
Not a bad little wine for $20, though I would not rebuy with all the great $20 German wine out there these days. And while the jury is still out on long-term aging of screw cap bottles, I have no issue with them for short- to medium-term drinking, but I find it a tad disingenuous to sell these on their aging potential, when, judging from the chosen form of closure, even the maker may not be convinced of that. I certainly could be wrong, but I guess I'll just have to take someone else's word for it, my bottles are gone.

Nice minerality to it, some citrus notes, would definitely purchase again.

Agree with L'Enfant. Does not show much aging potential.
