  76% Pinot Noir, 16% Riesling, 8% Chardonnay. The Riesling and Chardonnay components underwent partial appassimento. Beautiful and intense pink colour. Strawberry on the nose. Bright acidity and fresh strawberry on the palate, very dry. Finish is short and clean. Very refreshing and light. I miss the light herbal notes and strawberries and cream nature of the 2013, but this is still a very nice wine. Excellent light wine for sipping on the deck, dock, or patio. Could be served with chicken or turkey, salads with raspberry vinaigrette, and maybe even a white fish dish with a red sauce.
