  Open bottle 90 min before the first glass, great black fruit, and long finish

  A very good wine, and perfect to drink at this point. It benefits from some air or a brief decant. While a blend with 30% Malbec, it tastes like a Napa Cabernet. Good fruit, and tannins are complementary. My criticism is that the alcohol at 15.5% shows through and adds a hot taste. Best with robust dishes.
