  • This is as close to pure cranberry juice as any wine can get. Cranberry with a dash of alcohol. Even has the same mouth feel.
Touch of menthol on the tail, silky, pleasant but perhaps verging on cordial? Bitterness in the cranberry way.

Enjoyable for a couple of glasses but tiring beyond that. Will make a truly excellent Rose jelly :)

  • Subtle and simple, yet enticing nose of underripe cherry, lychee and a touch of minerality which saves it from banality. The palate is much more alive, a rich cherry and raspberry medely with a medium Plus mid-palate, with medium acidity, it actually has a tannic finish, but the alcohol is largely in check. I might have to age one of these, just to see how it might develop/integrate.
